Pioneered a creative process to minimize last minute surprises with the weekly Revenue of the commodities during a weekend process set up for Market managers.
Preview pipelines and dashboard setup during the weekday that will show the progress of the commodity until that point of time with the forecast
Collaborated with Data scientist to setup thresholds based on time series regression forecasting following trend and seasonality using Prophet Algorithm.
Mitigated challenge with dependency of the upstream process and ensure the entries from market manager’ are in place before the weekend process

PTC FRA Missing opportunities
Provides visibility to locomotives repeatedly used instead of being moved to a shop for repair in trial.
Missed Opportunities track the Locomotives that are NOT PTC enabled due to Operator error and/or several other errors and provides periodical updates to business to take necessary action
EAP Drug & Alcohol Follow-up
The automated process provides visibility to to Business on Employees associated in the EAP Drug and Alcohol follow-up program
Automated the manual process executed every month by obtaining data from 4 disparate data sources to effectively combine the information for Business use.
This Initiative eliminated the manual process prone to human errors and improved efficiency and security eliminating 20 hours of recurring manual effort in the process.
Drive to Success
Drive to Succeed incentive program aims at motivating attendance of Trainmen and conductors, a drawing conducted for eligible employees with great attendance, defined under the CAPS Good Attendance Credit policy
Combine multitude of sources to capture everyday attendance and status of several crafts including Engineering, Mechanical, Transportation Union Employees and following specific rules to determine the eligibility criteria for each craft.
Fulfill 3rd party Audit team' specific needs to establish defined rules and develop an automated process that will randomly select the winners of "Drive to Succeed" Incentive program.

Google analytics Integration to monitor modernization :Customer UX and Events captured for Tablet usage monitoring
As for mobility, the organization rolled out a mobile rail tool for train crews. The tablets will enable crew members to receive real-time inventory adjustments from a customer or view a map of a customer’s territory, as well as send notifications — such as an estimated time of arrival — to a customer in real time.
Collect Events from S3 bucket to process the information to provide cohort analysis in conjunction with the new UX Cohort Analysis gathered from Google analytics
