COVID Tracking
As COVID impacted the workforce' health and hugely impacted the Organization' Operations, this initiative was the flagship project in 2020-2021 executed and enhanced with sense of urgency and security.
It was key to making data driven return to work decisions regarding COVID19;visibility to continued Employee health, safety and business needs; pioneer for several other initiatives including Vaccination Tracking, Building Occupancy , Visitor tracking
Contributions
• Improved productivity of People system & Analytics team by 58% through automation
• Improved Performance and runtime of the data pipelines (from 20 min to <30sec)
• Reduced memory spikes in the server during peak hours
• Reduced Latency from 2 hours to <10 minutes.
• Optimized Asset utilization and improvised governance to accommodate HIPAA data by eliminating redundant data store.
• Out of box solution to incorporate PowerShell Scripts in Alteryx for file management.
• Refined Anomaly detection and notification setup for Medical team to follow-up and incorporate corrections with data entry.

Overcome the challenge in identifying the root cause of Revenue decline through Data investigation and exploratory analysis on Intermodal Business unit.
Contributions
• Data driven business decision lead to estimated increase of 6-7% Intermodal revenue.
• Improved Revenue Ton Miles, a metrics for revenue earned for transporting one ton of freight across one mile.

• Automated the manual effort of 20 teams resulting in saving 200+ hours every month

A currently ongoing high visibility initiative to track and better manage Conductor Hiring and Training process that will expected to lead to better employee retention

• Responsible for building scalable data solutions that scaled from 0 to 2000+ employee within few months
• Established Descriptive and Prescriptive analysis to observe and suggest management and HR for best course of action with Conductor Crew Hiring.

Client - Honeywell Aerospace, Phoenix, AZ (Apr 2004) – (Jul 2008)
Projects/Tasks: Aerospace Information Warehouse:
Aerospace Information warehouse is the Enterprise warehouse containing all of Honeywell Aerospace data from various plants across the globe from many source systems (SAP R/3, Legacy system, Siebel, Oracle Apps…). Worked in reporting developer with Business Object XI, 6.5 and universe Designer

Role / Responsibility:
· Key player in Rollout of Custom built SAP Business Objects Application (Dashboards & Reports) for several Honeywell International sites in North America, Europe and Asia pacific region.
· Worked on business requirements collection, functional and reporting design specifications. Developed reports through Business Objects XI R2, 6.5
Projects/Tasks: Market Demand Model:
To enable the users with the ability to forecast the impact of multiple, disparate external forces on Honeywell & Competitor Aerospace OEM, R&O, and Spares revenues, entitlement and profitability by a number of different dimensions (i.e. by SBU, SBE, geographic region, platform, product line, time, customer, business mix, and market mix).
